TI Ireland wrote to Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Darragh O'Brien TD on 11 February 2022 requesting publication of The Review Into Certain Planning Matters In Respect Of Donegal County Council prepared by Rory Mulcahy SC. The review was initiated to investigate alleged planning irregularities in Donegal County Council, dating back over more than a decade. The report prepared by Mr Mulcahy SC was presented to the Minister in June 2017.
