John Devitt, TI Ireland’s chief executive, will address a seminar on anti-bribery and corruption legislation in Ireland on 9th February 2012.
The event is part of a series of seminars aimed at senior ranking civil and public servants hosted by Mason Hayes and Curran.
Other speakers are: Richard Smyth, partner DLA Piper and Niall Michel and Paul Egan, partners Mason Hayes & Curran. This seminar will focus on the current status of anti-bribery and corruption legislation here in Ireland, as well as lessons from the UK. Speakers will identify key governance issues and measures requiring compliance, critically assess them and place them in context.
The seminar will also see the launch of Mason Hayes & Curran’s Ethics in the Public & Private Sectors: The Legislation.
