Transparency International Ireland is seeking a qualified and experienced accounting firms to submit a proposal for accounting services in support of Transparency International Ireland (TI Ireland) and the Transparency Legal Advice Centre (TLAC). Scope of Services
The selected accounting firm will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following services:
1. Audit Support: Facilitate the annual external audit process, including preparation of accounts for SORP-compliant audit, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
2. Bookkeeping: Monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
3. Budgeting and Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, as well as provide financial insights to support strategic planning.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, reporting requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
Optional/additional services
We would like the quote to include an itemised costing of the following optional/additional services:
1. Payroll: Prepare payroll figures for TI Ireland and TLAC (10 staff) on a monthly basis.
2. 24-Month Rolling Projections: Prepare rolling 24-month projections (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow)
