The formal launch of the Speak Up Helpline took place on Thursday, 26 May 2011 at Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council Civic Offices, Dublin 8. Speakers included Transparency Ireland's CEO John Devitt, Minister for Public Education and Reform Brendan Howland and Ombudsman Emily O'Reilly.
