Transparency International Ireland is a company limited by guarantee without share capital (Company No. 390950). It was recently accredited as a full chapter by Transparency International.
All board members, staff and volunteers of TI Ireland are committed to uphold high standards of integrity and accountability, to act according to the core values and guiding principles of TI and to promote these standards and principles.
TI Ireland's accounts are examined annually by an independent auditor: currently Michael Sargent and Company, Baggot St, Dublin 2.
Core funding is currently provided by membership and the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust (JRCT) in York, England. Additional funding comes from members, donations from the general public and project funding from the European Commission.
